But Jenin Governor Rajub told CNN that Farrow was already dead when his body was taken.

The Jenin Brigades, a Palestinian militant group based in a West Bank refugee camp, said in a statement obtained by CNN on Wednesday that it was holding Firo’s body and called on Israel to return him to Israel.
