Margot Robbie’s ‘Barbie’ movie look revealed in first sneak preview

Life in plastic definitely looks great. Margot RubyAs Warner Bros. teased Barbie Fans with a glimpse of his upcoming new film.

In the first photo of the 2023 release posted on social media, the Australian actress is playing a big, glowing smile as she grabs the wheel of the startling pink Chevrolet Corvette.

Fans of the classic doll will be intrigued by the Hollywood studio interpretation – and of course, look at Barbie’s wardrobe. At first glance, Ruby is wearing a blue and white striped halter neck top, complete with a polka dot headband and chunky bed bracelet. Her blonde hair sits comfortably under her shoulders.

The photo was tweeted by Warner Bros. Pictures with a simple caption: “#BARBIE July 21, 2023 in theaters only.” The studio is owned by CNN’s parent company Warner Bros. Discovery.

Ruby’s on-screen success came when she was cast opposite Leonardo DiCaprio in Martin Scorsese’s dark comedy “The Wolf of Wall Street”. He was nominated for an Academy Award for his portrayal of the ill-fated Olympic ice skater Tonia Harding in “I, Tonya”. Also featured in 2017 is DC Comics villain Harley Quinn.

Barbie first appeared in 1959 when Ruth Handler, one of the founders of the toy firm Metal, was impressed to see her daughter Barbara playing with paper dolls for hours. According to Metal’s website, she recognized the opportunity to become a champion and inspire girls by introducing three-dimensional dolls that show them that they can be anything.

The first Barbie had blonde hair, blue eyes and was wearing a bathing suit. From Barbie secretary to astronaut and first lady.

Metal calculates that two barbecues are sold every second in the world.
