The list states that the 1950 mansion gives the buyer the opportunity to “live like a royalty” and “own a piece of real estate and fashion history.”
Boasting 17 magnificently decorated rooms spread over six floors, the property overlooks the boundaries of Fifth Avenue and Central Park.
The floors are Italian marble and Austrian parquet. There are five fireplaces, painted walls and ceilings and mosaics.

The list goes on to say that “Versace’s intelligence and vision appears on the first four floors, each offering a designer’s legendary taste and spreading throughout the home,” the list goes on to say.
Each floor of the mansion has a different theme.
The entrance opens onto the marble staircase and gallery with a border of decorative Greek key patterns, and on the garden surface are hand-painted canvas walls inspired by the English neoclassical estate.

On the third floor is a terrace resembling the vault of the Sistine Chapel, as well as restored 19th-century panels from the Florentine Plaza in Versace.
Upstairs offers a double bathroom spa listed as “the biggest in the city”, and fifth- and sixth-floor home bedrooms and a Moroccan-style media room.
